The weight loss guide is really easy to understand as there is no complicated rules or procedures to follow. Plus, besides the that I paid upfront for the handbook, there was no more addition program or equipments that I needed to buy besides that.

The food on the diet is simple everyday food that can be located easily in supermarkets. Also, as there is not much cooking required, I could get my food ready and eat them in less than 5 minutes.

Diet…Will I have to Starve Myself?

After that, it will be followed by the next question…which are the types of food we had to avoid?

Of course, you cannot be eating boxes of cakes and pizza, and still expect yourself to drop pounds. However, you will still get to eat your favourite food before the second round of the idiot proof diet. I will write more about that in awhile.

Now, you will get to eat your carbohydrates. You will be able to eat your meat, which is something that I will not be able to live without, and your cheese, eggs and of course, fruits and vegetables. This idiot proof diet makes you that you get to drop pounds without hurting your health. Therefore, you don’t have to worry about becoming sick from being on the weight loss diet.

Alright..Here’s the Exciting Part

You know how you can never stay on one diet for too long? You will end up craving for those food that you cannot have. Yes, it is a fact that when you have something that you cannot have, you will only want it more.

I’ve been on so many diets and failed so many times simple because I would try to last as long as I can without certain food or following certain diet. However, after a month or so, I would give up as the results usually do not come fast enough and I just can’t find enough reasons to keep on a diet that needs me to give up all my favourite food for a tiny bit of weight loss!

Here is the best part of the diet. Once the 11 days of the idiot proof diet is over, you will be able to enjoy 3 days of “cheat” from the diet. While you are on the break from the idiot proof diet, you will get to eat ANYTHING that you want. I’m currently taking the break now and I’m absolutely enjoying myself!

Will I End Up Putting Back My Weight During the 3 Days Break?

If you had followed the diet guide well, your body will already be attuned to burning more calories than you normally do so no matter what you eat, it is burning lots of calories off your body.

Also, during the 3 days of cheat in the diet, I didn’t crave much for unhealthy food, I actually craved quite a lot for fruits. Maybe it is the habit from the 11 days of diet. In addition, I did not seem to have too much appetite, perhaps due to the habit of eating 4 times a day, my appetite shrunk.

My good friends joined me in the weight loss diet and it worked great for all of us. We didn’t end up bingeing on all the unhealthy food as we didn’t have to starve during the diet. We did eat till we were satisfied and when the break came, it just allowed us to indulge in the food we love so that we wouldn’t end up bingeing on them like what people normally do at the end of a long diet.

Hence, the 3 days cheat from the idiot proof diet is an absolutely fantastic idea…especially when it is for a person like me. I don’t have much discipline so most of the time, I end up cheating in most of the diet I had been on.

This is the only diet that I had gone through without the urge to cheat. I was able to sail through the idiot proof diet and dropped my weight easily!

More Awesome Info

One reason why I didn’t have to cheat was the fact that they didn’t have strict rules like you can only eat this or that today. They give you much flexibility and allow you to make your own choice depending on your preference.

Plus….you are even allowed to indulge in night snacks!

Yes! I almost jumped in joy when I saw that. I am a night owl and when I am on normal diets, it always make my stomach growl in hunger. My stomach would end up being so hungry that I can’t even sleep properly. I would usually end up so hungry that I end up getting up in the middle of the night and wolf down whatever I could find in the fridge, resulting in me eating more than I should.

And…You will have the choice to drink wine!

I am sorry if you think that you can down bottles of beer down your throat each day. You will be able to drink. However, it will not be too much. Have a glass of wine after dinner would be alright.
